Johanna Wörle is an associate in the Finance Department of the Munich office of Latham & Watkins. Johanna advises German and international clients on a range of complex financings, including acquisition financings, corporate loans, and direct lending transactions.

Prior to joining Latham as an associate, Johanna studied law in Augsburg and Lyon, and completed her legal training in the Finance Department of the Munich and Chicago offices of Latham & Watkins.
