Latham & Watkins LLP has represented funds advised by White Peaks Capital on the financing of Nexoware, a leading ERP, ticket system, and agentic platform provider serving IT services businesses across the DACH region and a LEA Partners portfolio company. The financing was structured as a unitranche facility.
The Latham team was led by Munich finance partner Thomas Weitkamp, with associates Philipp Guggeis, Johanna Wörle, Valentin Mezger, and Thomas Stüber. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Munich partner Ulf Kieker, with associate Henning Kleymann.
