WEB began as a network focused on addressing the professional challenges for women lawyers by supporting the long-term success of women in law and business. WEB developed programs and events that focused on client relationships and networking that were open to all. Building on its success of building a “web” of connectivity and support for lawyers at Latham and with our clients, WEB has continued to evolve.

Today, WEB is a powerful platform that strengthens our client and alumni relationships through a shared commitment to inclusion, opportunity, and community by expanding networks and enhancing connectedness in the broader legal community.

WEB Financial Analysis and Inclusive Leadership Program

The multiday program, hosted at a prominent university, provides an introduction to corporate financial reporting, financial statement analysis, and corporate valuation, through practical, hands-on application. In addition, the program includes interactive workshops on inclusive leadership.
