Latham Advises Amcor on Sale of ESE World
Latham & Watkins has advised Amcor, one of the world's leading global packaging companies, on the sale of its European waste container business, ESE World, to Pacific Avenue Capital Partners, a global private equity firm focused on corporate carve-outs and other complex transactions in the middle market.
