Latham & Watkins Advises Apera on Refinancing of CSP

Cross-practice team supports lender in the transaction.
Latham & Watkins LLP has advised pan-European mid-market private debt investor Apera Asset Management on the refinancing of CSP GmbH, a portfolio company of funds advised by EOS Partners GmbH. CSP is a prominent provider of mission-critical IoT software solutions for high-volume, complex manufacturing industries. The financing was structured by way of a unitranche facility.
The Latham team was led by Munich finance partner Thomas Weitkamp, with counsel Martina Eisgruber, and associates Johanna Wörle and Thomas Stüber. Advice was also provided on corporate matters by Munich partner Stephan Hufnagel, with associate Corinna Freudenmacher; and on tax matters by Munich partner Ulf Kieker.
