Ralph Dräger, a finance associate in Latham & Watkins’ Frankfurt office, advises German and international clients on a range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions.

Mr. Dräger represents financial institutions, private equity funds, and corporate borrowers in:

Prior to joining Latham, he gained experience in the banking and finance department of another major international law firm.
