Latham Advises CVC DIF in Acquisition of firstcolo

Representing the infrastructure investment arm of leading global private markets manager CVC in the transaction.

Latham & Watkins LLP has advised CVC DIF, the infrastructure business of leading global private markets manager CVC, in the acquisition of a significant majority stake in firstcolo Holding GmbH (firstcolo), a major Germany-based colocation data center operator, from Cube Infrastructure Managers. The investment will be made through DIF Value Add IV, a CVC DIF infrastructure fund, and is expected to close by the end of September 2026, subject to customary conditions.
