Latham & Watkins Advises Crescent on Private Debt Financing of Infravadis
Latham & Watkins LLP has advised global alternative investment firm Crescent on a senior secured private debt financing of Infravadis. Infravadis is a tech-enabled platform focused on the European underground infrastructure maintenance market and an Oakley Capital portfolio company.
The transaction partially refinanced the capital deployed by Oakley Capital in its acquisition of Infravadis in 2025 and provided a capex and acquisition facility to support Oakley Capital's buy-and-build strategy.
The Latham team was led by Frankfurt finance partner Sibylle Münch and counsel Rainer Adlhart, with counsels Ralph Dräger and Cora Grannemann. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Hamburg partner Tobias Klass, with associate Henning Kleymann.
