Maxim Glusdak is an associate in the Frankfurt Office and practices in the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department. He advises clients in the context of transactions and in complex litigation.
He practices in the field of administrative and regulatory law, especially regarding:
- Energy regulatory law
- Environmental law
- Public construction and planning law
- Telecommunications
- Administrative law, including administrative procedural law
His practice involves all aspects of public law matters for a variety of public and non-public clients.
Prior to joining Latham as an associate, he worked at an international law firm as a legal research assistant in the areas of anti-trust law and litigation and at the German Federal Ministry of Justice.
During his legal clerkship, he gained experience in the areas of administrative law and public company law at the Finance Ministry of Berlin as well as the Berlin Administrative Court and at a German law firm in the area of white collar crime.
