Latham & Watkins Advises Triton Partners on Acquisition of Flender

Latham & Watkins LLP has advised Triton Partners, a leading European mid-market sector‑specialist investor, on the acquisition of Flender from global investment firm Carlyle. Flender is a global market leader in mechanical drive technology, providing gearboxes, couplings, and generators for a broad range of industrial and wind power applications. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in Q4 2026.

Latham & Watkins regularly advises Triton Partners on transactions, including the sale of FläktGroup, the sale of ADIA, and the investment of Stonepeak in IFCO, as well as RENK’s listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
