    Dr. Lena Hummel is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins’ Munich office. She advises companies and financial investors primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate law matters.

    Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Hummel worked as an attorney and law clerk in other international law firms.
