Dr. Maximilian Platzer is a partner in Latham & Watkins' Frankfurt office and practices in the Corporate Department. He advises private equity investors and corporate entities on German and cross-border M&A transactions and public takeovers. His practice covers both the buy-side and sell-side of acquisitions as well as co-investments and management participations.

Prior to joining the firm in March 2017, Mr. Platzer was an associate for several years at another international law firm.
