Latham & Watkins Advises VHV on Sale of Eucon Automotive to Infopro Digital

Latham & Watkins LLP has advised VHV Holding SE on the sale of its stake in Eucon Automotive, a provider of data-driven solutions and automation for the automotive industries. The buyer is Infopro Digital.
