Christina Mann is a counsel in Latham & Watkins’ Frankfurt office and a member of the Corporate Department.

Ms. Mann has significant professional experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity.

Prior to joining Latham, she worked for a global automotive and industrial supplier and an international law firm in Germany and New York.

Ms. Mann’s representative experience includes advising: 

  • Schaeffler Group on various transactions, including the acquisition of Xtronic GmbH, the acquisition of Elmotec group and the acquisition of the remaining 49% stake in Compact Dynamics GmbH, as well as the sale of Schaeffler Friction Products Hamm GmbH and the sale of The Barden Corporation (UK) Ltd.*
  • Peakwork AG on the financial investment of TUI Ventures in Peakwork*
  • Ardian on the acquisition of a majority stake in Weber Automotive*
  • Warburg Pincus on the merger of PayScale, Inc. with MarketPay*
  • Albermarle Corporation on the sale of its Austrian Tribotecc metal sulfide business*
  • Hudson’s Bay Company (HBC) on its acquisition of Galeria Kaufhof*
