Charles-Antoine Guelluy is a partner in Latham & Watkins' Paris office. He has extensive experience representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and stock exchange regulations, and is actively engaged in all aspects of real estate law, focusing on the sale and purchase of real estate companies and portfolios.

 

Mr. Guelluy's experience includes advising:

  • Public Sector Pension Investment Board in its acquisition with La Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec of undisclosed minority stake in Fives, a France-based industrial engineering company
  • Groupe Bertrand in connection with Burger King France and quick refinancing of existing indebtedness
  • Air Liquide in its investment in CellNovo, a France and UK-based company that has developed the first connected all in one diabetes management system
  • Andromède in the context of an equity investment in Alboran
  • Andromède in its acquisition of Verquin Reims Cathédrale, a France-based hotel located in Reims
  • Intermediate Capital Group and Sagesse Retraite Santé in their acquisition of a majority stake in DomusVi, a France-based provider of services to elderly people including nursing homes, residential facilities, and home care
  • MédiPôle Partenaires SAS, a France-based owner and operator of private hospitals and health care facilities, in the minority investment of BPI France into the group
  • Sodalis S.r.l. in its acquisition of Inventia, a France-based manufacturer and distributor of hygiene and beauty products
