Latham & Watkins Advises Ouster in Completed Acquisition of StereoLabs, Creating a Physical AI Sensing and Perception Company
Ouster, Inc. (Nasdaq: OUST), a leader in sensing and perception for physical AI, has announced that on February 4, 2026, it closed the acquisition of StereoLabs SAS, a pioneer in AI vision and perception solutions. With this acquisition, Ouster now offers physical AI's first unified sensing and perception platform, combining high-performance digital lidar, cameras, AI compute, sensor fusion, and perception software, and cutting-edge AI models.
