Bridgepoint, one of the world’s leading mid‑market investors, has announced the sale of its stake in Flexitallic, a global provider of highly engineered sealing and joint integrity solutions, to Compagnie Générale des Établissements Michelin (Michelin). The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in H1 2026.
