Latham Advises Partners Group on Acquisition of Aroma-Zone

Latham & Watkins advises Partners Group, one of the largest firms in the global private markets industry, acting on behalf of its clients, on its entry into exclusive talks to acquire Aroma-Zone from Eurazeo. Aroma-Zone is one of the fastest-growing natural beauty, wellness, and selfcare brands in Europe. As part of the transaction, Eurazeo will retain a significant minority stake in Aroma-Zone.

The completion of the transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals.
