Nick Dhesi is a partner in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins. His practice focuses on strategic transactions involving the energy industry, including public and private M&A matters, capital markets transactions, and private equity investments in the upstream and midstream sectors. He has particular experience advising energy corporations and master limited partnerships in connection with public M&A transactions, initial public offerings, and corporate governance matters.

His experience includes:

  • Representing private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in upstream and midstream transactions
  • Representing issuers and underwriters in IPOs, high-yield debt offerings, and other registered and unregistered offerings

Mr. Dhesi was named to The Deal’s Top 21 New M&A Law Partners of 2019. Mr. Dhesi served as a member of Latham’s Global Associates Committee from 2015-2017 and as a member of the Houston Recruiting Committee from 2013-2015.
