Standard Lithium Ltd., a leading near-commercial lithium company, has announced a US$50 million at-the-market equity offering program and announced that it entered into a sales agreement with Canaccord Genuity and Evercore ISI.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised the sales agents in the transaction with a Capital Markets team led by Houston partner Nick Dhesi, with associates Paul Robe, David Lee, and Logan McDowell.
