Latham & Watkins Advises Sterling Group in Sale of West Star Aviation to Greenbriar Equity Group
Greenbriar Equity Group, L.P. (Greenbriar), announced that funds managed by Greenbriar acquired West Star Aviation, a highly regarded provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul for business aviation aircraft from The Sterling Group. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
