The transaction represents one of the largest digital infrastructure transactions in Southeast Asia to date
• TPG on a US$1 billion strategic partnership with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions, to support the growth of their AI data center business, HyperVault
• The underwriters on the S$284.9 million public offering of AvePoint, which is the first US registered follow-on offering and concurrent secondary listing by a Nasdaq-listed company on the SGX. This transaction was awarded Best Equity Deal: Singapore at the FinanceAsia Achievement Awards 2025
• Sunway Healthcare Holdings on its US$722 million IPO on the Bursa Malaysia
• WNS Holding Ltd, an India-based Provider of offshore business process outsourcing (BPO) services for the travel and financial sectors, on its US$3.3 billion sale to Capgemini
• Black Spade Acquisition II Co. on: 
  • The business combination with The Generation Essentials Group, a Europe-based global media and entertainment company
  • A SPAC sponsored by an affiliate of Black Spade Capital Limited, on its US$150 million listing on Nasdaq
• KKR and TPG on PropertyGuru Group’s US$1.1 billion take-private acquisition by EQT Private Capital Asia
• Johor Plantations on its US$156 million IPO on the Bursa Malaysia. This transaction was awarded Best Equity Deal: Southeast Asia, Most Innovative Deal: Malaysia, and was also recognized as a Highly Commended IPO: Southeast Asia at the FinanceAsia Achievement Awards 2024
• Eco-Shop on its US$230 million IPO on Bursa Malaysia, the largest IPO in Malaysia in 2025. This transaction was awarded Best IPO (Malaysia) at The Asset Triple A Awards for Sustainable Finance 2026, and Best Equity Deal: Malaysia and Best IPO: Malaysia at the FinanceAsia Achievement Awards 2025
• ST Telemedia Global Data Centres, a leading data center colocation services provider, on its S$1.75 billion (approximately US$1.3 billion) investment from global investment firm KKR (through its Asia Pacific Infrastructure Investors II Fund), and Singtel, Asia’s leading communications technology group. The transaction marks the largest digital infrastructure investment in Southeast Asia to date in 2024, and was awarded M&A Deal of the Year at the ALB SE Asia Law Awards 2025
• TPG on the:
  • Sale of all its shares in Singapore Life Holdings Pte Ltd (Singlife), to one of Singlife’s substantial shareholders, Sumitomo Life Insurance Company
  • Transaction, as part of a consortium comprising TPG, Singapore Life (SingLife), Sumitomo Life Insurance Company, and others, to combine SingLife with Aviva Singapore — which, with a combined valuation of S$3.2 billion, marks one of the largest mergers in the insurance sector in Southeast Asia and the largest in Singapore
  • Acquisition and sale of a 50% stake in Myanmar Distillery, a Myanmar-based company involved in manufacturing alcoholic beverages
• HLT Healthcare, a joint venture created by TPG Capital and Hong Leong, on the acquisition of Columbia Asia Healthcare, a Malaysia-based healthcare company that operates 17 hospitals and a clinic across Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam
• VinFast Auto, a leading Vietnamese automotive manufacturer, on the business combination with Black Spade Acquisition Co., a special purpose acquisition company
• Fullerton Healthcare Corporation Limited on:
  • Mitsubishi Corporation’s acquisition of a minority stake in Fullerton Health
  • Its merger to create Fullerton Health; the transaction involved an equity injection by RRJ Capital and a senior loan totaling S$390 million
  • The sale of Fullerton Health Australia to Quadrant Private Equity

• ReNew Power Private Limited, an India-based renewable energy producer, on its business combination with RMG Acquisition Corporation II, a special purpose acquisition company — the first de-SPAC merger globally involving independent renewable power producers
