Latham Advises Vingroup on US$255 Million Private Credit Financing for Vinpearl

Latham & Watkins has advised Vingroup on a US$255 million private credit financing for Vinpearl, its hospitality arm. The financing provided by SeaTown Holdings International, Oman Investment Authority, and Vietnam Oman Investment will support Vinpearl’s long-term expansion plans.
The Latham team was led by Singapore partner Sharon Lau and Hong Kong counsel Edward Tang, and associates Jonathan Wah, Heidi Lui, and Hoi Lam (Karen Wong).
