Latham Advises Foundation Healthcare on S$242 Million IPO
Latham & Watkins has advised Foundation Healthcare, an integrated private healthcare platform in Singapore, on its S$242 million initial public offering (IPO) on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange (SGX), with a market capitalization of approximately S$1 billion. Foundation Healthcare is the largest multi‑specialty healthcare platform in Singapore, based on the number of specialists and specialist clinics as of March 31, 2026. Latham also acted for the selling shareholders in connection with the offering.
The offering attracted subscriptions and indications of interest representing approximately 3.8 times the number of offering shares available, as well as commitments from 10 cornerstone investors.
The Latham team was led by Singapore partner Sharon Lau and counsel Kelly Teoh, with associate Zheyi Feng. Advice was also provided on tax matters by New York partner Aaron Bernstein, with associate Grace Jang; and on regulatory matters by Chicago partner Laura Ferrell, with Washington, D.C. counsel Meghan Carey and Chicago associate Micaela Lucero Little.
