Latham Advises ST Telemedia on Completed S$13.8 Billion Acquisition of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres

Latham & Watkins has advised ST Telemedia on the completed S$13.8 billion acquisition of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC) by global investment firm KKR and Singtel, Asia’s leading communications technology group.
