Pascal Wagenführ advises on complex national and international energy and infrastructure investments, including transactions and project developments in particular. His experience includes, most notably, (digital) infrastructure, renewable energies, hydrogen, gas, and waste.
In addition, Mr. Wagenführ provides ongoing advice on corporate governance and other corporate law aspects in the context of asset management of energy and infrastructure investments.
During his studies at Goethe University Frankfurt, Mr. Wagenführ focused on public commercial law, with a particular interest in energy and infrastructure law. Accompanying his studies in Frankfurt, Mr. Wagenführ has worked for three years in the legal department of a leading international professional services firm. During his legal traineeship, Mr. Wagenführ completed stages in two international law firms' corporate and litigation departments, the Regional Court of Frankfurt, and the German Embassy in Switzerland.
In 2020, Mr. Wagenführ completed a master's degree in commercial law (LL.M.) at the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
