Naffie Lamin is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Lamin represents clients on regulatory, compliance, and transactional issues related to over-the-counter and exchange-traded derivatives, structured products, securitization, project finance, and commodities matters. She also advises on various regulatory issues related to fintech, cryptocurrency, and digital asset products and initiatives.

Ms. Lamin serves as a member of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association’s (ISDA) Future Leaders in Derivatives program.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Lamin was an associate in the derivatives and structured products group of another leading New York law firm and spent time on secondment to MUFG. In 2019, she was named to the National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 list.
