Latham Advises Radial Power on US$355 Million Debt and Tax Equity Financing for 214 MW of Distributed Solar Capacity

Radial Power, an affiliate of energyRe and Lotus Infrastructure Partners, has announced the closing of a US$355 million debt and tax equity financing with Goldman Sachs, to support the development, construction, and operation of approximately 214 megawatts (MW) of distributed solar capacity across 106 projects nationwide. The financing utilizes Goldman’s End-to-End Distributed Generation financing structure to provide a single source of third-party funding for the portfolio.

Latham & Watkins LLP advised Radial Power in the debt and tax equity financing, with a Project Development & Finance team led by New York partner Kelly Cataldo.
