Apex Clean Energy has announced financial closing for Emerson Creek Wind, a 269 MW wind farm located in Erie and Huron Counties, Ohio.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised Apex Clean Energy in the debt and tax equity financing, with a Project Development & Finance team led by New York partner Kelly Cataldo.
