Latham Advises Apex Clean Energy on Debt and Tax Equity Financing for 269 MW Emerson Creek Wind Farm

Apex Clean Energy has announced financial closing for Emerson Creek Wind, a 269 MW wind farm located in Erie and Huron Counties, Ohio.

Latham & Watkins LLP advised Apex Clean Energy in the debt and tax equity financing, with a Project Development & Finance team led by New York partner Kelly Cataldo. The Project Development & Finance and Corporate teams included associates Matt De Bernardo, Andrea Garcia Martinez, Mina Kim, and Maddie Bowen. Advice on tax matters was provided by New York partner Eli Katz, with associate Jacob Nagelberg.
