Marion Penloup is an associate in the Paris office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Antitrust & Competition Practice. Ms. Penloup advises clients on EU and French competition and regulatory law.
Ms. Penloup represents international companies before the European Commission (EC) and the French Competition Authority (FCA) in merger control proceedings, antitrust investigations and litigation, and coordinates multijurisdictional merger filings for global transactions.
Prior to joining the team, Ms. Penloup worked as an intern in French and international law firms, as well as in international companies in France and abroad, such as in the legal department of EDF.
