Latham & Watkins Advises Ingenico on Comprehensive Recapitalization

Latham & Watkins has advised Ingenico, a global leader in payment acceptance solutions, in its agreement to reset its capital structure, anchored by a €150 million investment from a PIMCO-led group of global investors.
