Manaal Ali

Manaal Ali is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Manaal advises clients on a variety of transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate matters across a range of sectors. Manaal is the Co-Leader of the London office’s Asian & Middle Eastern Lawyers Group.

Prior to qualification, Manaal trained across the firm’s London and Dubai offices, gaining experience in investment funds, leveraged finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets.
