Latham Advises L Catterton on Acquisition of Stake in HYROX

Latham & Watkins has advised L Catterton, the largest global consumer-focused investment firm, on the acquisition by a consortium led by L Catterton of Infront Sports & Media AG’s majority stake in HYROX. L Catterton and Infront worked closely with HYROX founders Christian Toetzke and Moritz Fürste to realise this important milestone in the HYROX growth story and return the founders to a majority shareholding. This new partnership brings together HYROX’s category-defining brand and community with L Catterton’s extensive experience scaling high-growth consumer and fitness businesses around the world.
