Latham Advises Nordic Capital on Acquisition of Liberis and Qred
Latham & Watkins has advised Nordic Capital on its acquisition of Liberis, a leading global embedded finance platform, and its further investment in Qred, one of Europe's foremost digital small business banks. The transaction brings together two businesses to create a leading global platform for small- and medium-sized business (SMB) financing.
The combined business aims to create an integrated platform spanning term loans, revenue-based financing, working capital lines, cards, and future financial products across both direct and embedded channels, helping to close the financial services gap facing millions of SMBs.
