Katie Peek is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department. She primarily advises funds and their portfolio companies on acquisitions, disposals and restructurings, and by providing ongoing corporate and management incentive advice.

Ms. Peek has been named a Private Equity Rising Star by Law.com International, in its ranking of the “best of the up-and-coming talent within the UK and European legal industry”.

  • Permira on the joint acquisition and combination of Kedrion Biopharma and Bio Products Laboratory, two leading providers of medicinal products derived from human blood plasma
  • Inflexion on its reinvestment into K2 Partnering Solutions, a global technology and staffing specialist
  • Goldman Sachs, Bowmark Capital, and Aston Lark on the sale of the Aston Lark group, one of the UK’s leading insurance brokers
  • Platinum Equity on the US$4.2 billion acquisition of Urbaser, a Madrid-based integrated waste management company
  • KSL Capital Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in Third Space, the UK luxury health and fitness brand, alongside existing sponsor Encore Capital
