Janina Kirschner is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham’s Frankfurt office. She advises clients on M&A transactions and projects in the international infrastructure and energy sector.

Janina studied law at the University of Frankfurt am Main.

Before joining Latham, she worked for another major law firm in the Infrastructure and Energy department in Frankfurt.
