Latham Advises on Crealights Technology’s HK$1.53 Billion IPO

Latham & Watkins has advised Huatai International as sole sponsor on the HK$1.53 billion initial public offering (IPO) of Crealights Technology, a provider of optoelectronic interconnection products. The global offering consists of 13,431,500 H shares at a price of HK$114 per share on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKEX).

The Latham team was led by Hong Kong corporate partners Terris Tang and Benjamin Su, with Beijing counsel Wei Wei and Hong Kong associates Weigang Meng, Marie Lim, Lizzy Zhang, and Xiang Ao, Beijing foreign legal consultants Hanyun Lu and Peiying Li, and Hong Kong senior paralegal Candy Mak.
