Vera Bespalova

Vera Bespalova is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Bespalova represents a variety of clients, including public and private companies and private equity funds, in a range of strategic corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Ms. Bespalova was a summer associate in Latham’s Houston office.

While attending law school at Emory University School of Law, Ms. Bespalova served as the executive developments issue editor for the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal.

Prior to law school, Ms. Bespalova earned her BA in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.
