Ignacio Pallarés, a partner in the Corporate Department, advises private equity funds and special opportunity funds, as well as leading Spanish companies, in all aspects of commercial law, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Pallarés helps major global funds execute private equity transactions involving Spanish entities, and advises Spanish energy and media companies on complex, cross-border M&A deals. He also represents special opportunity funds in restructuring matters in Spain.

With a sophisticated understanding of the local market, Mr. Pallarés frequently advises on transactions involving Spain’s most iconic and important companies.
