Latham Advises Doctrine on Acquisition of Maite.ai

Latham & Watkins has advised Doctrine, the European leader in legal AI, in the acquisition of Maite.ai, Spain’s leading legal AI platform. This acquisition establishes Doctrine’s presence in Spain and reinforces the company’s vision to build a European leader grounded in the legal specificities of each country.
