Zachary Tyler Lippman

Zach Lippman is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Lippman represents public and private companies in a variety of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other transactions.

Mr. Lippman attended the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Virginia Law & Business Review and worked in the Economic and Consumer Justice Clinic.
