Precision Concepts International, LLC (PCI), a provider of specialty rigid packaging solutions to small and mid-size brand owners in the personal care, household, and food and beverage sectors, and portfolio company of The Sterling Group, announced it has acquired Comar, a producer of consumer and healthcare rigid packaging products and plastic medical products. The combination establishes a scaled rigid packaging platform serving diverse consumer and healthcare customers across North America.
