Thomas Sandt is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins’ Munich office.
Thomas advises companies and financial investors primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, as well as general corporate law matters.
Prior to joining Latham, he worked as an associate in the M&A / private equity department of another leading international law firm.
