Latham & Watkins Advises Goldbeck on Joint Venture With Mortenson
Latham & Watkins LLP has advised Goldbeck, a leading European construction and services company, on establishing a joint venture with US contractor M.A. Mortenson Company. The joint venture will combine Goldbeck’s expertise in serial and systemized construction with Mortenson’s market knowledge, national scale, and project delivery capabilities to advance industrialized construction in the US from 2027 onwards.
