Rebecca Han is an associate in the Singapore office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Finance Department.

Ms. Han advises clients on a variety of finance transactions including domestic and cross-border financings, margin loans, acquisition finance, and project finance transactions.

Ms. Han received her LPC from the University of Law and her LLB from the University of Oxford, where she served as vice president of the Oxford Lawyers without Borders group and as a volunteer under the Oxford Legal Assistance program.

Ms. Han trained in the firm’s Singapore and Hong Kong offices, completing seats in the Banking and Mergers & Acquisitions Practices.

  • MyRepublic Group Limited, a Singapore-based company engaged in providing internet access and broadband-based services to consumers and businesses in its amendment and restatement to term loan facility to refinance existing debt 
  • Pioneer Generation Company in its sale of a 22% stake in Summit Power International, a Singapore-based power producer, to JERA Co.
  • Vingroup in its sale of a stake in Vinhomes Joint stock company, a Vietnam-based real estate developer, to a consortium led by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. 
  • Athena Concorde Holding Ltd. on its Equity Investment with ARA Real Estate Investors in connection with its minority stake acquisition of Cromwell Property Group, a real estate investment trust company based in Australia
