Dr. Philipp Gärtner is an associate in the Munich office of Latham & Watkins. He advises corporations and financial investors on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions , and general corporate law.

Philipp studied law in Oxford and Munich.

Prior to joining Latham, he completed his legal training in the corporate departments of another international law firm in Munich, Düsseldorf, and London.
