Noah Hellum is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.

Noah represents clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including complex public and private mergers and acquisitions.

He received his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a Darrow Scholar and the recipient of the Emmett E. Eagan Award for excellence in corporate law. While in law school, Noah worked as a senior investment associate at the Michigan Climate Venture Fund, where he sourced and managed early-stage investments in Great Lakes startups.

Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Coro Fellow in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
