Nils Horst

Nils Horst is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins’ Frankfurt office.

Mr. Horst advises companies and financial investors primarily on mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, and on general corporate law matters.

Mr. Horst studied law in Passau and Kyoto. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, he worked in Latham’s Corporate Department in Frankfurt and London, first as a research assistant and later as a trainee.
