Nicolas Ormanns

Nicolas Ormanns is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins’ Munich office.

Nicolas advises companies and financial investors primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, as well as general corporate law matters.

Prior to joining Latham as an associate, he worked at another international law firm and pursued his LLM at the University of Amsterdam.

He studied law in Regensburg and Augsburg.
