Natalie Lam is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

She advises clients on a variety of transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate matters across a range of sectors.

Prior to qualification, Natalie trained in the firm’s London and Hong Kong offices, gaining experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, finance, and restructuring.
